The Lufthansa Group is giving a total of four Airbus A320s, which are operated by Lufthansa, Eurowings, Brussels Airlines and Austrian Airlines, special decals. The reason for this is the European elections. The four machines are intended to act as a kind of “ambassadors” for Europe.

Starting this week, aircraft from the Lufthansa Group will be flying across their European homeland with the clear statement “Yes to Europe”. A total of four Airbus A320s will become ambassadors of the European idea shortly before the European elections. The lettering can be read in an eye-catching manner on the fuselage and is framed by the European wreath of stars.

First up are Lufthansa and Eurowings, which even has its connection to Europe at the core of its brand name. This week, both airlines are sending a plane covered with special foil into the sky. Next week, one flight each from Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines will take off.

On May 13, 2024, all four Lufthansa Group aircraft will meet at Brussels Airport. In 2019, Lufthansa had already stickered a plane with a commitment to Europe before the European elections.
