The Irish low-cost airline Ryanair will provisionally fly to Klagenfurt Airport for the last time on Friday and withdraw from Carinthia again. Most recently, Palma de Mallorca was served, although the route was originally announced under the Lauda brand.
The background to the premature termination is that the booking numbers, which were already weak due to the corona pandemic, have fallen drastically again due to the travel warning issued for the Balearic Islands. It is currently completely unclear whether the Ryanair Group will make a third comeback at Klagenfurt Airport.
