In 2023, the Friedrichshafen, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden and Stuttgart airports in Baden-Württemberg together had around 10,5 million passengers. This was still significantly below the pre-crisis volume.

While there has been a clear upward trend at FKB, things look completely different in Friedrichshafen and Stuttgart. Both airports were unable to match the values they had in 2019. At that time, the three airports together had around 14,5 million passengers, according to the state statistical office.
