Düsseldorf Airport reorganizes “Kiss & Fly” zone

Last week, Düsseldorf Airport announced that the renovation of the P3 parking garage had been completed. The so-called “Kiss & Fly” zone had also been reorganized.

The garage will offer parking space for up to 3.000 vehicles in the future. What is new is that there are 30 charging stations for electric cars. The lighting has been converted to contemporary and energy-saving LED technology. New signage is intended to prevent backlogs in front of the terminal. This has been problematic in the past during peak times.

Since December 13, 2023, you can only park for a maximum of seven minutes in the so-called "Kiss & Fly" zone, which is located directly in front of the terminal. You can also only enter twice a day. Commercial users such as taxi and/or bus companies can benefit from reduced rates from the airport company by paying a fee.
