Embraer also wants to offer the C-390 as a civilian freighter

The Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer intends to offer the military model C-390 for civilian purposes in the future. An LOI has already been signed with Post Correios.

The C-390 is considered a successful and popular transporter in the military sector. Now Embraer wants to offer the model as a civil transport aircraft with a maximum payload of 26 tons. A preliminary agreement for the necessary conversions has already been signed with the Brazilian postal service.
