False fire alarm: BER terminal briefly evacuated

On Monday, November 20, 2023, the entrance area of ​​Terminal 1 at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport was briefly cleared. The background is a fire alarm.

According to the airport, this quickly turned out to be a false alarm. After about half an hour, passengers were able to use this area of ​​the terminal again. It is suspected that there may have been a connection with construction work that is currently being carried out. In any case, it didn't burn.
