Graz Airport invites children to the Christmas event

Graz Airport is once again hosting a Christ Child event especially for children on December 24, 2023. In addition to numerous activities, there is also a look behind the scenes at the airport.

According to the airport, the program consists of the following options: Christkindl workshop, children's bakery, Frederik Mellak tells winter and Christmas fairy tales, airport tours, brass music and a Christmas push stand.

“We now live two traditions at Graz Airport at Christmas,” say Wolfgang Grimus and Jürgen Löschnig, the managing directors of Graz Airport. “One is of course the “Waiting for Christ Child” event itself, which is popular with young and old; the second is the fundraising campaign that we always call for on this day. This year, the donations collected will go to the Austrian Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired.”
