Lufthansa starts new part-time program

The Lufthansa Group is launching a new part-time program in November 2024 under the project title “Part Time Pro”. This initially applies to the areas of IT and finance. According to their own information, they are pioneers in the German labor market.

The program participants can freely choose their working time model between 70 and 80 percent. The model provides a variety of offers and program content that promote personal development and open up interesting perspectives. The one-year program is the start of a permanent employment relationship within the Lufthansa Group. This structured orientation phase is intended to enable you to successfully integrate into the Lufthansa Group and get to know the company in all its diversity. During this time, participants have the unique opportunity to get to know up to three different departments. Throughout the entire duration of the program, the Lufthansa Group supports participants with individual coaching, mentoring, special training and intensive program support.
