Romania: Hisky Europe plans flights to Canada

The Romanian airline Hisky Europe will in future also be able to offer long-haul flights to Canada.

The company had applied to the Civil Aviation Authority of Canada for approval to operate scheduled and charter flights from Europe to the North American country. Hisky Europe confirmed to the local portal Boardingpass.ro that it would be starting flights to Canada. First, the Airbus A330-200 will fly from Bucharest (Otopeni) to New York-JFK. This route is scheduled to operate from June 7, 2024.
