Destinations in Tunisia from Nuremberg Airport will again play a larger role in the 2024 summer flight schedule. As things stand, the airlines operating locally offer three destinations.

Turkey is traditionally in high demand from travelers from northern Bavaria, where, in addition to the city destinations of Ankara, Istanbul and Kayseri in Cappadocia, the bathing regions of Adana, Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir can be reached directly. Dalaman will be served by two airlines next summer, Corendon Airlines (always on Mondays) and now SunExpress (every Friday). Antalya is the most frequently served destination in the Nuremberg flight schedule, with six airlines offering a variety of flight options. Egypt has developed as a family-friendly destination in recent years. There is a very strong offer in the diving paradise on the Red Sea. Air Cairo, Corendon Airlines, Nesma Airlines and SmartLynx fly to Hurghada several times a week. Marsa Alam is offered by Air Cario throughout the summer. The North African Tunisia is celebrating its comeback with three destinations: In addition to Enfidha, Djerba and Monastir are now also added to the flight schedule. Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates will also be continued from the winter flight schedule. The emirate can be reached non-stop until Pentecost 2024.

Focus on Greece: In addition to the capital Athens with its famous Acropolis, Corfu, Kos, Crete, Rhodes and, new to the program, Preveza, a port city on the Greek west coast with attractive beaches in the area, can be reached from Nuremberg. Bella Italia attracts dream destinations such as Bari, Cagliari and Naples. Spain is also really big with the mainland destinations of Alicante, Barcelona, Girona, Malaga, Seville and Valencia. There are also the islands of Mallorca, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Portugal is there with Ponta Delgada in the Azores and Porto. Croatia fans should be happy about Zadar.

In Eastern Europe, many capital cities are on the airport's flight schedule, such as Sofia, Budapest, Bucharest and Belgrade. There are also Vilnius and Skopje. In addition to the capital, Cluj-Napoca and Sibiu are also connected in Romania.

City travelers can choose between metropolises such as Barcelona, Istanbul, Paris, London or Amsterdam. The French and Dutch capitals are also hubs for connections worldwide, as is Frankfurt.
