Zurich Airport wins World Travel Award

As part of the World Travel Awards, Zurich-Kloten Airport was once again named the best airport in Europe. The airport has already received the award 20 times.

“Continually maintaining high quality is one of our highest priorities at Zurich Airport. In recent months, we have faced operational challenges due to strong passenger growth. However, thanks to the good cooperation with all airport partners, the measures taken had an effect. We are even more pleased that we can accept this award again,” says Lukas Brosi, CEO of Flughafen Zürich AG.

The World Travel Award is presented annually in various categories and is one of the best-known awards in the travel industry. The prize will be awarded via online voting following nomination by the World Travel Award Committee. Customer surveys show that the cleanliness, the friendliness of the employees and the short distances are particularly positively rated and valued at Zurich Airport.
