MDF AG reorganizes sales team

Mitteldeutsche Flughafen AG (MFAG) has reorganized and repositioned its sales department. Kira Fabiunke and Steffen Böttger took over the "Sales Airlines" and "Sales Cargo" divisions on July XNUMXst. Both will report to Frank Pieper, who took over as head of the "Business Development and Strategy" department on April XNUMX of this year.

Kira Fabiunke will be responsible for the “Sales Airlines” division as a sales manager. Steffen Böttger will assume management responsibility for “Sales Cargo”. Both have proven sales and airline expertise and have worked at Air Berlin and Lufthansa respectively: Kira Fabiunke has over 15 years of sales experience and many years of management experience in national and international business travel and airline sales. Steffen Böttger was previously “Head of Customer Service” at PortGround and has extensive operational experience in cargo handling. Before that, he worked for many years in sales and key account management at Boeing and Lufthansa.

Frank Pieper, Head of Business Development & Strategy, emphasizes: "I am convinced that this personnel reorganization will bring us the fresh wind that we need to be successful in the long term.
