Wizz Air incorporates Memmingen-Rome (FCO).

The low-cost airline Wizz Air will start a non-stop connection between Memmingen and Rome-Fiumicino in September 2023. This is to be offered twice a week for the time being, according to the Allgäu Airport in a broadcast.

The first flight is scheduled to take place on September 5, 2023 and, according to the company, will close a gap because there are currently no non-stop flights between the Bavarian Airport and Fiumicino Airport. The Wizz Air connection is to be served on Saturday and Tuesday traffic days.
