Innsbruck Airport is gradually starting the 2023/24 winter charter season. This year, 21 international flight connections will be offered, mainly to Western and Northern Europe. Traditionally, these are heavily incoming and bring tens of thousands of winter sports enthusiasts to Tyrol.

There will be an increase or time extension on the route from/to Berlin with Eurowings. This winter there will be two weekly connections each on Wednesdays and Saturdays (from December 23, 2023). Hamburg will also be served more frequently this season, namely four times a week with the airline partner Eurowings (since the beginning of December 2023).

This winter you can also fly from Innsbruck to London-Gatwick several times a day; the new flight connection with British Airways is daily except Tuesdays. There are also two completely new weekly direct connections: one to/from Reykjavik with Iceland-Air (from the end of January 2024) and one from/to Athens with Aegean Air (from the end of December 2023).

Current projections show that the airport should reach almost 900.000 annual passengers by the end of the year. That would mean a significant increase of around 25% compared to the previous year. “The upcoming well-booked winter season will create the basis for positive development in 2024,” reports airport managing director Marco Pernetta.

You forgot 4 connections during your research:
Billund – Copenhagen – Dublin – TelAviv (if that happens because of the war there…??)
