Flughafen Zürich AG took first place for the first time. The attractiveness of companies as potential employers was examined on the basis of 1 criteria that reflect the employer brand. 

The Randstad Award has been presented annually in Switzerland since 2014. In recent years Flughafen Zürich AG has always been among the top 5 most attractive employers. For the first time she has now made it to the top and won the Randstad Award as the most attractive employer in Switzerland.

“We are particularly proud that we are perceived as the most attractive employer, especially in this time of great challenges. The exciting work environment and our range of development opportunities and flexible work models certainly contribute to our good reputation, as do our committed employees and our strong management. As an employer, we want to continue to improve and hope that the aviation industry will get a boost again ”, says Bruno Zanella, Head of Human Resources at Flughafen Zürich AG.

The world's largest personnel service provider Randstad has presented the award for the most attractive employer for the eighth time. The criteria include a company's reputation, financial stability, use of the latest technologies, future prospects, working atmosphere, salary and social benefits, work-life balance and flexible working hours.
