While many customers, mainly from the Netherlands, are still waiting for a refund for the tickets they bought from the ticket seller Green Airlines, the company is no longer even the domain owner of the former company website.

Green Airlines actually wanted to offer an extensive flight program in the summer of 2023. But nothing will come of it and according to the European Consumer Center, many passengers, mainly from the Netherlands, are said to have still not received their refunds for flights that were paid for in 2021 but never operated.

It is now almost impossible to reach Green Airlines the regular way, because all telephone numbers have been deactivated, letters to the official company headquarters, which is located at a mailbox provider, come back as undeliverable. Even the mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses of the management are no longer reachable. There is a good reason for the latter, because you are no longer the domain owner of the URL green-airlines.com. In the meantime, another person has secured this and also clearly points out that there is no connection to Green Airlines. Flights are no longer offered on the new page, but environmental protection issues are published.

Green Airlines has thus literally disappeared and is difficult to reach by regular means. Nevertheless, many people are still waiting for the promised refunds of their flights, which have never been carried out. It is also about compensation payments from the passenger rights regulation. Insolvency proceedings have not yet been opened against Green Airlines, but it seems only a matter of time before a creditor can apply for this step. However, it is questionable whether there is much to recycle, because the company did not have its own fleet and the company is based at a mailbox provider.
