From the 2022 summer season, the Italian carrier will increase the number of flights between Italy and Switzerland from the current 28 to a total of 62 return flights per week.
From April 1st, a new flight between Geneva and Milan-Linate will open with twelve weekly frequencies, as reported by the Swiss travel portal About Travel. This makes ITA Airways the only airline that connects these two cities. On the Rome route, the airline has increased the number of weekly flights from seven to twelve since the start of the summer schedule and added five evening flights from Geneva. From Zurich, the daily frequency to Rome-Fiumicino will be maintained, with the flight departing in the late morning.
