Smartlynx Malta airline will add six more Airbus A321P2F Freighters to the fleet. These, like the existing copies, are operated on behalf of the logistics company Deutsche Post-DHL.

The Elbe aircraft works have been commissioned with the conversion. However, the work will be carried out in Singapore and China. The handovers to Smartlynx Malta are scheduled to be completed this year and in 2023.

In the wake of the corona pandemic, the Smartlynx Group entered the freight business and is continuing to expand this segment. The cargo activities are bundled at the Maltese branch. This already flies with A321P2F on behalf of DHL.
