Summer 2024: Skyalps runs Idealtours charter from Innsbruck

The Bolzano-based regional airline Skyalps will operate charter flights from Innsbruck on behalf of the tour operator Idealtours in the 2024 summer timetable. De Havilland Dash 8-400 turboprop aircraft are used.

For some time the summer charters for Idealtours were operated by Avanti Air with Fokker 100. After the German carrier separated from the aging regional jets from the former Dutch manufacturer, the Croatian Trade Air first flew - also with F100 - then the Greek Marathon Airlines with Embraer 175. In the summer of 2024, the South Tyrolean Skyalps will fly with de Havilland Dash 8-400 for Idealtours fly from Innsbruck.

On behalf of Idealtours, the course pair BQ19/BQ6 goes to Kalamata on Sundays between May 2024th and October 2352th, 2352. During the same period there are also courses BQ2356/BQ2357 to Kavala on Sundays. On Saturdays from May 18, 2024 to October 5, 2024 it goes to Kefalonia as BQ2342/BQ2343.

From May 17, 2024 to October 4, 2024, the new destination Lesbos will be in the Idealtours charter flight schedule on Fridays. These flights will operate as BQ2350/BQ2351. On Saturdays between May 18, 2024 and October 5, 2024, Skyalps will also fly to Preveza for Idealtours as BQ2344/BQ2345. Thessaloniki will be served as BQ2024/BQ17 on Fridays during the 2024 summer season from May 4, 2024 to October 2358, 2359.

According to reports, the tour operator Idealtours is considering offering some routes that have particularly high demand twice a week in the summer of 2024. The possible additional flights are not yet visible in the systems. Tickets for the charter flights operated by Skyalps from Innsbruck are available through the tour operator or travel agencies as both flight-only and package tours.
