The low-cost airline is offering its passengers departing from BER a new service just in time for the start of the holiday season: From July 1, travelers can check in their luggage free of charge the evening before the flight. However, this only applies to departures in the morning.

The so-called evening bag drop can be used free of charge by travelers every day between 1 p.m. and 18 p.m. from July 21st. In this way, the airline wants to prevent long lines at baggage check-in and also enables its customers to save time on the day of departure. However, the offer only applies to around 30 percent of Easyjet flights at the capital's airport. Because the service can only be used by travelers whose flight is scheduled to take off by 9:30 a.m.

Berlin Brandenburg Airport is the second airport where Easyjet offers free baggage check-in the evening before. It had previously been tested at London Gatwick Airport. Other airports are to follow suit in the future, as Check24 reports.

Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere exactly where the Easy Jet Bag Drop machine is located at Berlin Airport!
